Aurora Mental
Health & Recovery
Aurora Mental Health & Recovery helps tackle barriers to care by uniting health and community leaders. Their expertise supports our mission to prevent substance misuse and promote recovery among Aurora’s youth. Youth Options: Through mentorship, academic support, and life skills development, Aurora Youth Options empowers middle and high school students to build brighter futures—right alongside APTY.

Serving over 39,000 students across Arapahoe and Adams Counties, APS is Colorado’s fifth-largest and one of its most diverse school districts. With families representing 130 countries and speaking 160 languages, APS is committed to ensuring every student has the tools, skills, and support to shape a successful future. #OneAurora

The City of Aurora prioritizes youth success by investing in programs that foster leadership, growth, and opportunity. Through strong partnerships, the city helps young people thrive and build a brighter future. Aurora Youth Violence Prevention Program: This program works to reduce youth violence through a public health approach that includes youth, community members, partner organizations, and city leaders. Together, they address root causes and strengthen public safety in Aurora.

Compound
for Compassion
Compound for Compassion offers a safe, self-sustaining space for youth, young adults, veterans, and elders to heal and grow. In partnership with APTY, they support Aurora’s youth on their journey toward recovery and resilience.

Be
Well
A major health initiative of the Foundation for Sustainable Urban Communities, this program focuses on advancing health equity and improving access to healthy living. APTY partners with the Foundation to help educate and empower Aurora’s youth through impactful, community-driven efforts.

Rise Above
Colorado
Rise Above Colorado empowers teens to live drug-free lives through education and positive messaging. By partnering with this organization, APTY taps into proven strategies that inspire Aurora’s youth to make healthy choices and build a future full of purpose.

Juvenile
Assessment Center
This program works to keep youth safe, supported, and at home—reducing involvement in the justice and human services systems. By providing early intervention, screening, and access to services, it helps families address challenges and connect with the right support across Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln counties.
